Thoughtfully raised in Lake Wylie by Bill and Julia Davidson—on the farm they built from the ground up.
A farm built with purpose
About twelve years ago, Bill and Julia began building The Davidson Farm from the ground up. What grew from that work is a small Lake Wylie farm rooted in patience, care and respect for the animals and the land.
Today, they raise American Wagyu cattle and make a limited amount of their beef available directly to neighbors in the local community.

Why American Wagyu
American Wagyu is known for rich marbling, tenderness and remarkable flavor. At The Davidson Farm, there are no shortcuts—just attentive care through every stage.
Cattle begin on grass, with room to graze and grow on the farm.
The herd is watched closely and raised with patience and daily care.
A specialty grain finish develops the marbling and flavor Wagyu is prized for.
Quality takes time. Each animal is raised to maturity before processing.
We’ll add the herd size, exact finishing process and typical raising time after Bill confirms them.
