Terms and Conditions Applicable to all Davidson Farm 2008 Gift Box Orders

Payment terms applicable to Early Order Specials: Minimum quantity ordered must be 5 boxes to receive discounts. Red and Black gift boxes may be mixed to reach a total of 5. Customer must plan on paying a deposit equal to ½ of total order at time of order, with balance due at shipment. Deposits may be paid via MasterCard, Visa, or Discover, check, or cash. If paid with check, the check for ½ the total box cost amount must be received in The Davidson Farm office no later than the date indicated to receive the appropriate discount amount. Returned checks will negate order. Deposits charged will apply to gift box purchases only, any applicable shipping charges will be charged at time of shipment. For customers that wish for The Davidson Farm to direct ship gift boxes, names and addresses of recipients must be received no later than November 10th to allow time for processing.

Order Completion: Customers may expect for orders to be prepared for shipment to occur between third week of November and first week of December. Customer will be notified of exact shipment date closer to time of shipment.

Final payment of balances due on multiple gift boxes due must be received prior to shipment. Shipping charges may vary per carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). Customer will be provided with an estimated shipping cost before shipping for approval, but actual shipping charges may vary slightly from estimate. Customer will agree to have their credit/debit card billed for shipping charges at time of shipment, and will receive written notification from The Davidson Farm that the charge was incurred.

Customer Pick-up: Customers may choose to pick orders up for self-delivery and to lessen shipping costs. Those who wish to pick up products at The Davidson Farm store are asked to notify Davidson Farm personnel 3-4 days in advance of expected date of pick-up.

Varying Discount Offers Expire on dates indicated: The earlier you order, the more the discount! Degrees of discount expire on the dates indicated. Other sales promotionals may or may not be offered following that date, but they will differ.

Limited Quantities a Possibility: Due to variance in crop yields per season, and our promise to process only our home-grown, source-identified produce and market such products under our original “Country Cuisine” brands, some products may be available in limited or seasonal supply. It is highly suggested that a customer place holiday orders early. Customers will be notified at time of order if products are in short supply, or unavailable.
