Country Cuisine is a unique culinary treat! Home-grown, source-identified fruits and vegetables are the ingredients that set our “Country Cuisine” jellies, salsas and relishes apart from the mass-produced items commonly found on regular grocery-store shelves. Striving for a combination of down-home flavors with a gourmet twist, these products feature produce that we “know where it comes from,” cause we grew it ourselves on lands our family has cultivated for over a century!
Country Cuisine is perfect for locavores, or gourmands that are conscientious about purchasing source-identified foods that help sustain a family farm that helps feed America!
Supplies may be Limited: Because our crop yields have been affected by two years of drought and dry weather, and because we vow to use produce grown in our own fields and gardens, we want you to know upfront that supplies of some of these products may be limited! If you would like orders in quantity, an order placed before the last of September may give us time to process before the last frost. Please order promptly if there is something you would particularly like - because when they’re sold out, they’re sold out until next year and a new crop comes in!
Taste the summer sunshine in this not-too-hot, not-too-tame, but just right salsa! From tailgates to tabletop, it's absolutely the best!
Supper preparation is a zip with this sweet-sour concoction that works wonders when simmered with pork or chicken in a crock-pot! Also great on its own!
Features tomatoes, okra, and corn in a special blend. Not microwave ready - this is a 'somewhat slow-soup' that is simmered for best results! Add your favorite meat ans spices!
Bread & Butter Pickles, Chow-Chow, Corn Relish, and our Red Pepper Relish that does double duty as a glaze for beef!
Our Signature Product! A unique medley blended with notes of grape, raspberry, blackberry, and strawberry.
Each product captures the dewy delicacy of a mountain-fresh May morning! Featured in a Smithsonian exhibit!
Blackberry Jelly, Raspberry Jam & Jelly, and Pumpkin Butter.
Our food preservation heritage runs deep! During World War II, our family was recognized by the Tennessee Home Food Supply Program for supplying both our family and community with produce and preserved foodstuffs. Many of our recipes today are based on theste family recipes!
Since we are growing a business that we are closely monitoring, we prefer a ‘hands-on” method of ordering, and would like to personally communicate with you by phone or email! Thanks for understanding!
